How to debug RM4x EMIF?

Hi,

Please teach me how to debug RM4x EMIF.

(1) When debugging EMIF, it is necessary to single step execution ?

(2) EMIF Debugging can not be in Run state ?

(3) How do other costomers debug RM4x EMIF ?

I have a question because I found the following sentence.

    FSSer,

    There really isn't anything that you normally debug on the EMIF.

    What the comment means is that just like you can view internal memory through the JTAG debugger when the processor halts, you can also view external memory connected to the EMIF when the processor is halted.

    If the EMIF also halted when the CPU halted, you wouldn't be able to do this.   That's why the EMIF stays fully functional as the note says.

    Hi Anthony,

    Thank you for your reply and I'm sorry for the delay in my response.

    I was confirmed that there was no problem to debug of RM48HDK EMIF.

    That CS2 was operating normally.
