ccs debugger automatically running

hello friends

i have installed ccs 5.5.0. when i debug any project then debugger automatically start running. actually it should wait for pressing of Run button before running. also program is not halting at breakpoints. Any suggestion?

Hello Sanjay,

What is the debugger that you are using and which Tiva Processor is that you are using. Also it would be worthwhile to share the ccxml file and/or CCS project.

Hi amit

i'm using stellaris In-circuit debuuger(ICDI) with tiva c series tm4c1294xl as controller.

One more thing is that same project is running well on another system.

Hello Sanjay,

Can you share the console log from CCS? Also the information is too sketchy to get any real problem isolated. Is this a connected LaunchPad or are you using the Stellaris-ICDI wired to a custom board?

Actually i installed ccs in another system and that is working fine.

so i think my earlier system is having some issue.

Hello Sanjay,

Could be. Can you uninstall CCS and re-install the same. It's always good to have multiple systems...
