Hi Selim,
That is not possible. Only if it was possible to reprogram the MSP430 launchpad programmer to have the firmware that comes with the tm4c123 launchpad.
What exactly broke? I never seen the debugger stop working without damaging the MCU also
Hello Selim,
The Tiva Devices work with JTAG and ARM SWD. So if the MSP430 LaunchPad can send the JTAG or ARM SWD as expected by TM4C then you may use it, else you may need to switch to another LaunchPad or use a debugger off the shelf provided the main TM4C device is still working.

Amit

This is my broken tiva.
Thanks everyone.
Hello Selim
You can solder the USB connector if that is only broken. As an engineer that would save me cost of a new LaunchPad (IMHO)

C'mon now, let's not waste a launchpad. My group once broke one some years ago and we solder it back up with a really old soldering iron, no other tool besides those solder extractors withe a spring. Just a little patience and you can do it

Today I soldered it. But not work. No power in it. Tomorrow I will try again.
Thanks Luis and Amit for advices.

Signal pad are ok so try resolder micro USB socket without mechanical pad broke again, if you own an old USB cable cut the B part, cut 4 cm of cable sleeve then prepare and solder all 4 wire, identify them then fix on pad. Before to fix wires on pad clean them with a soldering wick.
You obtain a secure and flexible connection tht revive your LP.
When our group launchpad broke, being in a high school, there was high risk of the launchpad USB break again. So we added a cable that would never leave the launchpad, it was a male micro USB to female USB B, it was on a platform so the female USB B was mounted next to the board. I find those micro USB connections being easy to break and they usually have a really tight grip, more than the mini USB from other launchpads.
Though i really like the micro USB due to how common micro USB cables are
