utility for configuring ip addresses of clients from master pc in master-client model.

Dear All,

I am working on a project based on TM4C1294 ,i had successfully tested the Ethernet connctivity for Ek-TM4C1294  kit. now 

please provide us utility for configuring ip addresses of clients from master pc in master-client model.
Also through that utility we should be able to send data from master pc to clients .
