Hello Seng,

The .pin file is not released as part of the utility or Tivaware. It is to be based of the application that you want to design around the EK-TM4C129 that you would need to select the Pin Mux

Now i need to move SPI to PortA. I can generate configuration files with PinMux Utility. But i must other settings are left unchanged. For this i need .pin for EK-TM4C1294XL board.

I think you would need to generate a new pin file based on the pin mux option in the pinout.c

TI - it would be very helpful if you could provide pinmux files for all your eval boards.

Looks like I need to spend time to create files for the ek-tm4c1294xl and EK-TM4C123GXL

I am not sure if that would be useful. There can be a completely different use of the headers based on the alternate functions, which may require pins to be moved around, with others pins kept in input condition.
