i am using tiva c launchpad with tm4c1294 and i have loaded some example program using energia. now i want to connect to exosite. but it is not working and it shows the device is offline only. i have verified all the steps but its still not get cleared.

now what i have to do??

i have seen that there is preloaded program inside launchpad which readily connects to exosite. if so, what i can do to recover the program to connect to exosite??

Hi Dinesh,

The pre-loaded program at your Tiva Connected Launchpad is qs_iot. The example program can be found at Tivaware for your Tiva Connected Launchpad.

The binary file of qs_iot can be loaded to your Tiva Connected Launchpad using LM Flash Programmer.

Hi mark,

i have done that using lm flash programmer. but i dint get cleared and still its shows that device not activated and this is the 5th time that i am deleting and adding the device in exosite.

Hi Dinesh,

I have tried the qs_iot long time ago, so I know it works.

One good way to see if you have connected to Exosite is to see to print outs at Serial Console like Tera Term.

Also, search in the forum regarding qs_iot and Exosite. You can learn from those posts.
