why the following error has been happens.

CORTEX_M4_0: Trouble Reading Memory Block at 0x40000538 on Page 0 of Length 0x1: Debug Port error occurred.

    Hello Surendra

    The address space mentioned is for Watch Dog Timer-0. If the clock is not enabled for the same then the CCS debugger will throw this error.

    It is equivalent of CPU trying to access a peripheral when the clock is not enabled
