How can do wireless my LM4F232H5QD Evaluation Board ?

Hii,
I am new to embedded. I am working on LM4F232H5QD Evaluation Board, i am able to run accelerometer on this board. Now i want to do wireless this board, because i want to get accelerometer data using Bluetooth or ZigBee.

Can anyone tell me how can i do this?
