Problem debugging code in LM4F120 using keil uvision5

Hello guys,

I'm using Stellaris LM4F120 LaunchPad onto which i am loading a "Led Glow" code which works fine when i Load it using keil uvision4 but when using uvision 5 no error is displayed but for some reason the program does not work.

Plz help.

I am having the same problem with LM3S328 works with version 4 and not version 5. Please help us

Hello Ronald, Yuvraj,

If the program does not work, then there has to be a symptom shown in terms of the PC being at some location where it is not expected. Can you connect the debugger and see how the program flow executes on a simple project like blinky.

Yes I am running a simple blinky project but dont have a dev board so I am using the simulator. Both for Keil and Proteus will not run

Hello Ronald,

Oh boy!!! A simulator. I thought it to be the dev board or a custom board. I am not good at simulator, as I prefer silicon to simulator. I hope folks on the forum can help
