Hello.

I refered this page, http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/TI_FEE for my RM57 project. I configured FEE and generated codes. It goes dataentry when 'TI_Fee_Init()' function is executed. I need to change some MPU configuration?? or what I missed..?

Wonjae,

Which F021 API library do you include in your project? For RM57x MCUs, you need to include either F021_API_CortexR4_LE_L2FMC_V3D16.lib or F021_API_CortexR4_LE_L2FMC.lib.

Hello Sunil,

I've included the library file already.

Number of FEE blocks and number of virtual sectors are always same?

+) DataEntry is occured at 548 line in 'ti_fee_ini.c'.

++) '_L2FMC' is not defined, so I added define code in F021.h, and then a build error is occured at line 399 in ti_fee_util.c. It is a just input some value, but the filed of the sturcture is not matched because I added _L2FMC. It change the type of structure and it. Please check the code at line 399 in ti_fee_util.c is correc.

Hi Wonjae,

I have used HALCoGen 04.01.00 and was able to do write/reads. Problem may be the definition of _L2FMC. You need to add this definition to predefined symbols in CCS. Go to your project->Properties->Build->ARM Compiler->Advanced Options->Predefined Symbols. Add _L2FMC in Pre-define section. This should solve problem.

Hello Vishwanath,

Thank you for reply. Please refer the last paragraph in my post. I had added _L2FMC manually on F021.h and then some error occured line 399 in ti_fee_util.c. It occurs also in your way adding the pre-defined symbol.

This is line 398~400 in ti_fee_util.c

FLASH_CONTROL_REGISTER->Ftctrl.FTCTRL_BITS.AutoCalc_EN=1U;
#endif

The error message is "#137 struct "FMC_REGISTERS" has no field "Ftctrl".

Why is this happening?

Hello Vishwanath,

There is no 02.01.01 in this page http://www.ti.com/tool/HERCULES-F021FLASHAPI. Could you let me know how can get it. If it needs update in CCS, unfortunately I can't update it because there is a firewall s/w in my pc for security policy in my company.

Unfortunately version number and date were not updated correctly in the page.

You can download the software from the link http://www.ti.com/tool/HERCULES-F021FLASHAPI. You would get F021 v02.01.01.

It is working. There is no error. But it seems like that it doesn't work normally when a write or read functions are operated. I will try it.
