Iam using the TMS570LS20216. All Voltages OK (1.5V, 3.3V). ESM (ERROR) is High. PORRST and RST also pulled up. additionally i disconnected the watchdog (before R61 so the pin is pulled up). When i connect my Segger Jlink, i cant connect. Iam using the Segger galvanic diconnected board (and an adapter as well), where i can see the status of the reset pin. the reset pin is always low. Monitored it with my Oscilloscope, no changes. i added a 3k0 Resistor pullup to 3.3V. still 0.300V (Low). I cant figure the error out, is there anything i missed ? when using a manual reset, nothing. using manual porrst doesnt affect the state of TRST pin. Removing the adapter doesnt cause any changes to the pin... just when connecting it, the voltage rises for about 300mV... (because of my pullup thats connected to the adapter....).
