Using Ethernet on TI RM4 HDK with FreeRTOS

Has anyone been able to get Ethernet working on the RM4 HDK? I've tried the LwIP (1.4.1)  port without luck - it fails to initialize the MAC. I'd like to get this working using FreeRTOS.
