Plans for TM4C129x with 0.5mm pitch LQFP package.

Hi,

  I wonder if Texas has plans for TM4C129x with 0.5mm pitch in LQFP package. Or plans for another cortex-m4 serie with MAC or MAC + PHY in 100 pins 0.5mm LQFP package, so we can have compatible board design with a TM4C123xxxPZ for example.
