Need replacement for LM3S9D96-IQC80-A2

I recently discovered that LM3S9D96-IQC80-A2 is being discontinued on 7/1/2015. This is bad news for me because my company is using this part in a product that we intend to sell for many years to come. Is there a pin compatible replacement from the Tiva line that could serve as a replacement for this part? 

It's very disappointing that this part is being discontinued since we have at least 2 years of development time with it and have just started full production this year.

     TM4C1294NC series, not pin to pin compatible more functionality more mips but NO I2S.

     Amit is a complete replacement planned before to dismiss production? Some feature and peripheral of old series are still missing and I2S is one of them, new one as LCD controller what can be added on nearby future? Can be discovered signing an NDA?
