Today, I updated HalCoGen to version 4.02.00. I am using FEE driver, where I manually configured 146 blocks of 8 bytes on EEP1.

I noticed that in the file 'ti_fee_cfg.h' it was added the #define TI_FEE_TOTAL_BLOCKS_DATASETS.
Should TI_FEE_TOTAL_BLOCKS_DATASETS have the same value of TI_FEE_NUMBER_OF_BLOCKS?

Not really. Each block can have multiple Data Sets. Data Sets are entered in the "Fee Block Configuration" tab and the possible number of Data Sets depends on the number of Data Select Bits ("Fee Global" tab).

I don't use 'Data Set Concet' because my project is not in Autosar context like described in 'TI FEE User Guide paragraph 2.1.2.2'. If I set in 'FEE Global tab' Data Select Bits = 0 and Data Sets = 1 in "Fee Block Configuration" tab, what is the value for TI_FEE_TOTAL_BLOCKS_DATASETS if I use TI_FEE_NUMBER_OF_BLOCKS = 146?

Refer to note in paragraph 4.7.2 of TI FEE User Guide, where it is explained how to set manually the number of blocks.

I missed the part about setting the blocks manually. In that case "yes". As you are not dividing the blocks you have one data set per block. TI_FEE_TOTAL_BLOCKS_DATASETS = TI_FEE_NUMBER_OF_BLOCKS.
