Hi TI,

I have problem when i connect EM CC3000 to the EM connector provided on the board. Can TI explain which jumpers must be maintained while using CC3000 on the EM connector.

Nothing has been explained in the DK- user guide about the EM connector. I have found that J12 and J13 pins 1 and 2 are used for UART for booster pack2 but in the user says J10 and J12 and pins 2 and 3.

Please confirm regarding the above said is correct.

When i connect the CC3000 on EM connector i have changed the jumpers J12 and J13 to pin 2 and pin 3 on both jumpers. any thing else left to be done.

I am hardly looking for the solution..

Hello Uma

And you require J16 and J17 to set for SPI function on the Booster Pack-2 connector which is used for communicate with the CC3000 EM.

Hi Amit,

I have set J12, J13 for UART_EM operation and J16 and J17 for SPI operation but still i have problem that i cannot download the program to the board as it says can't find debugger port.

Help me to resolve the issue..

Hello Uma,

Do you mean debugger port for TM4C129? If you do not connect the CC3000 then does it show up in the device manager?

Hi Amit,

Yes the debugger port.

When i disconnect CC3000 Em from the EM connector the debugger port reappears in the device manager.
