Hi Friends,

We are using TM4C129XNCZAD Microcontroller in our application and we need a DRAM ic for it. We are using 4.5" LCD and Ethernet peripheral of the microcontroller in our application. Can anyone suggest 64Mbit/128Mbit/256Mb DRAM IC for our application. Previously we have selected M12L128168A-7BIG2N, but as we not able to get this part in India we have to look for any other. If the same TFBGA-54 pin package is available that would be best.
