usb_bulk_example Is it still used, and how (where is it) to download it?

I'm experimenting with the usb_dev_bulk project for the Teva EK-TM4C123GXL launch pad.  There is a reference to usb_bulk_example in one of the source files and that it is run on the host as (I guess) a client application.  However, I can't seem to find usb_bulk_example or a clear explanation of how to use it on the IT site.  Is usb_bulk_example still used?  I found a number of other posts about this, but they are a few years old, so I think an updated post is in order.
