Debugger Initialization Error. tm4c123gh6pm.ccxml contains invalid characters

hi eveyone!

i use CCS v6, kit EK- TM4C123GXL, TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.0.12573

no error, but debug(F11), "Launching debug session" show error.

and error " gmake: Nothing to be done for `all'."

i post file and picture.

Hello Binh,

What is the emulator you are using? The reason why i ask so is to ensure that the ccxml has the same setting as the physical emulator being used.

I only setup CCS v6, Tivaware.

in " all Programs" , has not Ti Emulators.

I don't know about it.

Hello Binh,

What is the physical hardware you are using to connect the PC to the board. Is it the Stellaris ICDI, XDS100, XDS200, etc. This is what the ccxml file contains. I want to be double sure that the setting of the ccxml matches that of the emulator hardware.

Also are you creating a new project or have you imported one of the known examples from TivaWare.

i know. I use Stellaris ICDI. this is new project which run in Kit EK - TM4C123GXL, tivaware C series, CCS6

Hello Binh,

I ran the project file and it compiled and loaded w/o any issues. I would again suggest that you import one of the existing examples like blinky and use the same as a starting point to test your setup. Once tested, then edit the main.c of the blinky project in CCSv6 for all your development.
