I have used a simple code to make the Tiva C launchpad hibernate for 50 seconds and wake up for 5 seconds to turn on the green led. The battery drained in 2 days only although I have broken the power led to save power ! Do the USB interface and the other components consume power during the hibernation mode ? If so, what can I do to stop this power consumption to have a longer life for the battery ? When measuring the current during hibernation on the launchpad, does it indicate the current consumption of the micro-controller chip only or the whole launchpad ?
