Tiva TM4C123GXL - Virtual port drive appears but COM port doesn't exist

Hi, I have a problem with serial communication with the Tiva board through the debugger COM port.

I have installed the drivers and theya appear in the device manager as "Stellaris Virtual Serial Port (COM3)" but when I try to open the serial port COM3 I get an error saying the port doen`t exist.
