TM4C USB Pid

Hi,

We are a small company and try to bring our new electronic on the market with USB interface.

In our old electronics we used Atmel Chips and received a VID/PID combination from Atmel.

As we now have changed to TI we are looking for a comparable option to get a VID/PID combination from TI.

We are using a Tiva TM4C chip. I already tried to apply for a PID/VID for Stellaris but got no reply from TI.

Does someone know if there is a possibility for that?

    Hi Daniel, if you use VID having TI number then your product present itself to interface as TI not "your company".
    I see some unique MAC address can be got if you buy a memory from Microchip but again as for VID your MAC report belong to who provided MAC number, every launchpad has a unique MAC number but belong to TI.
    Is this applicable to your product? Is so expensive to register VID, YES.

    Hello Daniel,

    It is supposed to be in Jan-2015. I would need to check and confirm, to ensure that there are no delays or if there is a delay then it gets communicated.
