First, thank you very much for providing your project! That's actually something that is really useful.

So i checked it (had to install new ARM compiler) and i found the problem.
I actually got other errors besides that one - it was with bools, uint32_t and more types of variables. You would need to add this to fix it, never forget!

#include <stdint.h>
#include <stdbool.h>

Now for the problem you specified, if you check where that identifier should be defined, which is pin_map.h you should see that it requires the part your using to be defined. You can do that either in the project options or the main.c

Also I do not see the defines for TARGET_IS_TM4C123_RB1 and PART_TM4C123GH6PM which is required for the error to be resolved.

I did refer that those includes were for other error that for some reason appeared in the project and you didn't seem to have.

Do try to search a bit more. I even said that you should include your part in the main.c or the options. The options solution i can relate being a bit hard when starting but the main.c is just a define to add and Amit even said which one. You can't find the defines because you have to add them

Either do in the main.c
#define PART_TM4C123GH6PM


Or add PART_TM4C123GH6PM in options:
right click project in CCS
select properties
build -> ARM compiler -> Advanced options -> Predefined symbols
Now where it says "Pre-Define NAME" just add PART_TM4C123GH6PM

That's probably a second build attempt? It seems it did it the first time and since the second time you made no alterations it doesn't build again - to avoid unnecessary waste of time. So there is nothing wrong.

Are you trying to debug? Please explain further your problem.
It does seem to be debugging but you do not show the toolbar. Maybe you forgot to chose your connection? I am just guessing, without proper explanation and info it's a pain for who helps you (you did a very good thing of providing the project but now you lack explanation of the problem that as risen)

The code has loaded. You need to press the |> button shown in green for the code to execute. As for the GPIOPinConfigure showing up that is in Search and it is not an error

Certainly, I played.

I ran about 10 programs sucessfully on Kit tiva TM4C123GXL such as GPIO, UART, PWM.
