Amit think no problem schematic of DK-TM4C129X as a guide to make a commercial product.
This is not to copy the Launchpad, I think! Tell me if I'm wrong.

Using the Launchpad Tm4C129 in commercial product, is that I think can not be used.

The original request is for Schematic and PCB files. May be a few components removed and replaced with own, but still would mimic the DK-TM4C129.

i too know that we cant use TI board as end product here we do changes to final board but by using tm4c129x gerbers i can reduce my design time. so i asked for the files.

i am able to download the gerbers and i have the schematics in PDF format but if you able to get me the same in orcad file it will be a great help.
