RM48L952ZWT Changing SPIENA functionality for RF Transceiver

Hello,

We are looking to integrate the following RF Tranceiver MRF24J40 (datasheet: http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/39776C.pdf that uses a 4 pin SPI interface.  The transceiver module also utilizes an interrupt line (section 2.10, and 3.3 from above document are relevant for interrupt pin) for various events.  Is it possible to reduce the functionality of the mibspi3ENA such that we can connect it to the interrupt pin on the RF chip.
