Using Tiva C Series Launch Pad for flashing a TM4C123 MCU outside it?

Hello,

I have the TI Tiva C series launch pad and I can properly flach the TM4C123GXL MCU already on it without a problem.

My question is: Can I use this kit (after removing the application MCU (U1) and leaving only the flashing/debugging MCU (U2)) to flash another TM4C123 MCU outside this kit?

To make it more clear: I already developed my PCB with the MCU TM4C1231D5PZI , can I simply connect the JTAG pins located at the Tiva launch pad (which belongs to U2, after removing U1) to the JTAG pins of my target application at my PCB?

If yes, kindly send me any supporting documents, connection diagram, videos, ..etc.
