I need to make an attendance/intrusion based system,which detects presence using a PIR sensor, then takes the identity using a RFID system( RC522) , the choice of microcontroller is TM4C123GXL

All this has to be displayed on a hyperterminal and later apply this on IOT and display it on a web page maybe not on a server but a static page of my own laptop. 1) I am not sure about the choice of microcontroller

    Devil so often lurks in details - and those are few - your post. (despite the 3 line subject/title)

    There exists no mention of "desired performance specs" - such is needed - is it not?

    Have you recent experience with any of the devices which (diagram shows) attaching to the MCU?

    Would it not prove helpful to those (helpers) here if you'd provide better (i.e. some) detail regarding the interface requirements of: PIR, RFID, Camera and Display/Web?

    This appears to be an ambitious project - have you similar project skills/achievements - under your belt?
