Include utils folder

Hello, I am having problems with including uartstdio.h, which when I load an example would be in a utils folder. How do I make this utils folder in CCS so that I can used the uartstdio utility? Also the code is still purple where I use the utility, its just when I compile the code, it tells me that it doesn't know the reference of the symbol.
