Would not your expending the time/effort - to download the MCU manuals of each MCU - and then your   careful scan/review of each - provide (exactly) what you seek?

When you go to the product selection matrix there is a column for features of each of the device. You can use the same to see the major differences (please note that there are hidden columns as well which mus be unhidden)

One wonders if that (or any) product selection matrix - "digs deep enough" to satisfy poster's "exacting" requirement?

Unclear if this (apparently effort-lite) poster knows where to find, "product selector" - even if it misses full/complete detail - normally resident (w/effort) from MCU manual!

 As Amit suggested column selection has a tab you can use to move columns or add hide columns and move on table too. After remake I moved changing values to firsts columns so you can grasp better the differences between flash and MAC and data protection.
