IEC61508 SIL level of new parts

Could you please tell me the target IEC61508 SIL level of the following parts?

RM41L232
RM42L432
TMS570LS0232
TMS570LS0332
TMS570LS0432

The thread answered "All of the 65nm TMS570LS products, .... IEC 61508:2010 SIL 3, ISO 26262:2011 ASIL D integrity.", but I could not find 65nm parts list.

    Hello,

    All of these devices are built in the 65nm technology.  The RM line is developed for IEC 61508 SIL3 capability (SC3) whereas the TMS570 line targets IEC 61508 SIL3 (SC3) and ISO 26262 ASIL D capabilites.

    In general, the only devices in the Hercules family which are not 65nm products are the TMS470M parts and the TMS570LS20x/10x, which are built in 130nm process.
