Prefetch Abort Interrupt using IAR

Hello Everyone,

I am working on a Hercules project with the latest IAR tools.  I keep hitting the prefetch abort vector.  I think this must be some
type of set up issue - hoping someone that has seen this can give me a few pointers.  

I have looked at the similar posts here - tried to make sure all is OK - but I am still getting the error.  I have completely rebuilt the demo
from scratch two times; it still does the same thing.  I have an 'equivalent' app that runs OK under CCS 6.x but can't seem to locate what
the issue is.

FWIW - I have included what the debugger indicates when this happens - I have put a breakpoint at 0x0000000c:

Thanks in advance for any pointers.  I feel this must be some sort of set-up issue since this happens very early after booting the Hercules.
