I am building hardware based on TI Tiva TM4C129X. I am using ULPI interface on this controller to implement high speed USB 2.0 interface. I checked datasheets of TUSB1210 from TI and USB3300 from Microchip. USB3300 has a clockout signal to the main controller (like Tiva controller). Problem is Tiva controller has this line as clockout and i dont see a way to make it input to receive clock from the PHY chip. TUSB1210 has this line as bidirectional which can be configured as input so that it works with Tiva controller. But is there a way to make this line as input on TIVA TM4C129X end?
