Is there any way to erase and reprogram the TM4C device if the flash (Code) has protected?

http://www.ti.com/tool/lmflashprogrammer has the ability to unlock a TM4C device, by performing a mass erase of non-volatile contents of the device (program flash, non-volatile registers and EEPROM).

It applies the sequence described in the Recovering a "Locked" Microcontroller section of the device datasheet.
