Hi there,
I am using the Tiva C Series Connected Launchpad Evaluation Kit EK-TM4C1924XL for my project.
In this project I need three different Systickhandlers with different frequencies. One frequency for Ethernet, one for FAT FS (SD card), and one for sending data to an D/A converter (AD5754). The frequency for the D/A converter varies within runtime.
With a trick I can use one SystickHandler for Ethernet and FAT FS because it is not very critical if the time period is not precise. But the calls to the D/A converter are critical and should happen in regular intervals. Now my idea was to use a timer which toggles a GPIO Pin which is not connected to any peripherie. Then I would create an interrupt handler for that pin which calls a function when the state of the PIN changes.
Is this a good idea? Would that work? Do you have other ideas to handle this problem?
Thank you!
