Hi,

 

I am communicating through the SCI between the TMS570LS1224 and a DSP (C6727).  Occasionally I see an SCI RX overrun error.  It is probably a result of me debugging, but it throws off communication between the two devices (They look for #J indicating the start of a message).

 

So what I am wondering is if I see an RX overrun error, is there a way to just flush / clear the RX buffer so it is ready for the next transmission?
