Hi everybody¡¡ I need your help...

Iam generating a square signal to 24 kHz with a TM4C129 timer, but is not fully square. What I can do?

zorry, Iam mexican and my english isn´t good enough.

Hello Oscar,

We speak C and ASM (some times). When you say that the timer is not generating a square signal of 24KHz, can you put a scope plot to see what is getting generated?

Also note that square waves appear almost in books. In actual signal, they have a defined slope, overshoots and undershoots. You can increase the drive strength using the GPIODR8R register in the corresponding GPIO module for the pin concerned. The function is called GPIOPadConfigSet.
