i can't found Stellaris drive

Have you installed the drivers for the DK-TM4C129. They come along with the TivaWare installation.

That is right. Have you connected it to a USB3.0 port. If yes, then I would ask to try the same with a USB2.0 port or a Hub which has a USB2.0 port.

If not and it is connected to a USB2.0 port, then can you try forcing it to Scan for Hardware changes?

The on-chip boot loader has got nothing to do with the DK-TM4C129X kit not getting detected. Since I do not understand the language that came up on the Device Manager, I would assume that the USB for debug and communication is not working as expected. There are two options

1. Contact the distributor for return and replacment
2. If you have a standalone debugger (you have J Link and U Link), you can use that to debug the TM4C129X uC via the external debug header.

i know Mouser do not gives a progress in repairing
and it is impossible to support distributors in Korea .
because i did not buy the official TI authorized distributors in Korea.

Hello Park,

There is a default boot loader in ROM. It cannot be loaded and only executes when the Flash is empty or the Application Code invokes it via BOOTCFG+Reset or by a direct call.
