I am using TMS570LS3137 USB Stick for development. There was an accident, that I set up the PLLCLK to 300Mhz. It was maximized to 180Mhz in the datasheet, but I saw here: http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/microcontrollers_16-bit_32-bit/c2000_performance/safety/tms570/overview.page

Mark,

The TMS570LS3137 is specified to operate up to 180Mhz.

We have in our Hercules portfolio device running up to 300Mhz.

You will have to erase the code from your part and be sure that you don't overclock the device in the future.

Thanks Jean. The main problem was the connect to the target, because of this accident. So before the connect I pushed the power on reset and I think that the nowFlash was able to catch the device before its configured the PLL.
That was my fault :/
