I'm missing the opportunity to select CS1, CS2 ans CS3 as functional in the SPI2 Port tab.

    Can let us know which device you are using? The availability of these pins is dependent on which device is selected in Halcogen.

    Through the process of elimination, I am guessing that you are using one of the following devices - TMS570LS0x32, RM42L432, or RM41L232. If this isn't correct, please let me know.

    I am not 100% certain why the additional CS pins don't show up on the configuration tab of Halcogen. In addition, reviewing the code for in spiInit, it seems that these pins are left out of the initialization. I will raise this issue with the Halcogen Team to see if there could be a solution.

    In the mean time, you will need to initialize these pins manually.
