When you say controlling PWM externally, do you mean dynamically re-configuring the PWM duty cycle through CPU ?

No i need to change the duty cycle of PWM (to drive valve)based on the feed back from sensor module.(flow sensor).

Yes Mr.Jan Cumps I am using PWM module to drive Proportional flow control valves.

Thank you Mr.Jan Cumps. The program suits for my need. But i am using RM48 series (RM48L952 ). There is no ETPWM driver and special pin mux option in RM48 which is available in RM46 series. is there any suitable link like this for RM48 safety MCU's

Ah, ok. That's why I asked if you were using that module.
You always have a choice to generate PWM signals with the NHET module on the Hercules controllers.
These signals can be modified at runtime from within your C code.

Texas Instruments has tutorials on this subject. When you install the HET IDE, you also get a tutorial.
