I am working with AM4379 SOM. i have some doubt on display. 7" display is available in module. i am trying to replace it with 15" display 

Details of 15" display available with as:

  1. Brand name : AU optronics.
  2. Model no       : G150XG01.
  3. LCD connector : LVDS. 20 pin connector.
  4. Touch connector : LVDS 5 pin connecctor.

Is it possible to interface the above mentioned display model with AM4379 module. 

need some clarification regarding connectors also.
