copy_in function

It is a non-ANSI function.

Please go to:

C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\tools\compiler\tms470\lib\rstssrc.zip

This zip file includes cpy_tbl.c and cpy_tbl.h, the source file of this function.
