Hello,

I am trying to run a simple FreeRTOS based program on a Launchpad with a TMS570LS1224. I used to get a lot of section warnings, similar to this post.

After updating HALCoGen to version 04.04.00 and re-generating the HAL these warnings are gone, however I now get 125 warnings that section is an unknown attribute.

The application is running fine by the way.

Does anybody have an idea why I keep getting these warnings?

Hi Rindert,

Enable --gcc option in compiler... You can find them under Language options under Advance compiler options.

Hi Prathap,

Thanks for the quick response.
Enabling the gcc option got rid of most of the warnings but I still got 9 left. It's still the same warning.
The 9 that are left all come from os_portable.h.

Any other sugestions?
