What is generated by halcogen is correct. In the SCIPIO0 register bit 1 is for RX pin and bit 2 is for the TX pin.

Isn't it supposed to be the bit number (not a mask). Compare to spi enums.

Halcogen generated

They are masks: 2 is for bit 1 and 4 is for bit 2.

Just to be sure, Did you or did you not compare to how spiPinSelect is declared? They are bit numbers.
