target mcu is rm48l952.
In the startup code generated by HALCOGEN i found that ram ecc is disabled before doing pbist for main ram.
But i did an experiment in which i did pbist for esram8 without disabling the ram ecc. The pbist still get passed.
so i am wondering that if i really need disabling ram ecc.before pbist. Could anybody.tell me?
