How to implement modbus with TM4C1230H6PMI.

We are also facing one issue related to tm4c123gxl launchpad with our project. While debugging if we insert RF more than 90dBuV in our target board, the tm4c123gxl launchpad(we are using this as programmer) gets damaged.

    Might you describe both, "How/why" that level of RF is "inserted" into your target board?      Direct injection of RF - into a node not designed nor intended for its receipt - may cause unwanted consequences.    (yet necessary, supporting facts, failed to arrive - your posting)

    Should that RF not be "directly injected" the classic methods of reduction include: greater separation between offender & offended, RF filtering and physical shielding - usually in that (cost based) order.

    Somehow your read/review of "modbus" - and initial findings - did not post.     Absent that - it's difficult to know when/where to begin...
