how to burn out file to tms570lc4357 hdk by nowflash

I use nowFlash 3.42 to burn out file to tms570 HDK, but get error: Error 199 - Unable to connect to target on port address 0x000.

but I can use ccs6.1 to burn it in, so can anybody tell me how to use nowFlash to burn flash, or how to use ccs to burn a out file which is made out of ccs(build it by makefile , not ccs project).

It also can not work after I change Freq to 16M which is set in ccs6

You should use the uniflash tool. nowflash is no longer supported.

You can use CCS to burn any .out file as follows.

(1) Launch the required target configuration.
(2) Connect to target.
(3) Select "load" from the run menu.
(4) Load the out file.

thank you very much, I can use ccs to load program now. I will try uniflash farther.
