zorry!! my english is basic...

UART 's TX line is always in the low state, and I need it in high state.. Can I change it??

Hello Oscar,

Did you configure the IO's for UART operation. Also is the RX pin high when the UART module and IO;s are configured. You can refer to one of the existing examples like uart_demo, hello in TivaWare.
