UART Bootloader help !!

Hi

I am using Flash bootloader using UART ....

Now when I use LM Flash programmer to update the code I get a message **ERROR** Failed to get download command

 then when I click ok another error message **ERROR** Failed to send download command

I cannot find what's the problem

The UART configuration was checked
