Ethernet running under TI-RTOS using CCS - trouble learning it

Hello all,

I'm modifying my original post.  I'm trying to learn how to make Ethernet managed devices (presumably using NDK) with TI-RTOS.  I've gone through the examples, but I feel they don't really teach me how to do this.  What is the best way to learn this?  Thanks George

I'm new to CCS and Ethernet, but not Tiva.  Also I have some experience with open RTOS.

I'm trying to develop Ethernet ability under TI-RTOS in the "connected" Tiva launch pad board using CCS.  As I understand there is a resource manager in CCS were I can just "point and click" and, BOOM, I have Ethernet running under TI-RTOS, but I can't figure out how to use it.  I've spend many hours tyring to navigate IT's web site, reading the "Creating IoT Solutions with the Tiva C Series Connected Launchpad Workshop" and watching a few video series like "TI-RTOS Workshop", but none have answered my questions and, besides, I think they are out of date (but not sure).  The more I look into all of it the more I seem to get confused about TI's structure for TI-RTOS, sys-bios, drivers and such.

I'd be grateful for a clear explanation video or text of how it all works.  thanks George
